With the help of a dietician, occupational therapist, phyiotherapist, and exercise professional, these 10 sessions will be full of practical information to help you get the most out of your healthy lifestyle efforts.
Each class will have motivation, nutrition, and exercise components.
Get PRACTICAL information and advice that you can apply straight away to start getting the results you want!
Whether you are trying to lose weight, get fitter, have health concerns or just want some information on how to get started, we can help you! We are going to focus on goal setting and goal achieving for YOUR needs!
Everyone welcome, but please register as places are limited.
Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00pm
(first hour is nutrition and exercise theory, second hour is a fitness session and will be tailored to the needs of the group)
Starts 20th April 2010
$10 for materials (one-time fee at registration) plus $9 non-members per session or Free to Gold Members
Please wear comfortable workout wear (joggers, t-shirts and trackies would be ideal).
